At FadeBlading.com, we want you to know exactly what to expect when you order a course, haircutting tools, or both. Because we ship directly from our global warehouses (primarily in China) to keep costs low, please allow for the shipping times listed below.

Note on Digital Products: Your online course is delivered instantly after purchase—no shipping required. This policy applies only to physical products (shears, clippers, combs, capes, and accessories).


1. Order Processing Time

How long does it take to prepare my order?

All physical product orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

What happens during processing?

  • Our team (via Dropshipman) performs quality inspections on all cutting tools

  • Each item is packed securely to prevent damage during transit

  • Shears and blades are protected with edge guards

Important notes:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays

  • Your digital course access is delivered immediately—you can start learning while you wait for your tools


2. Domestic & International Shipping (Estimated Delivery)

Once processed, delivery times depend on your location and the courier (e.g., YunExpress, DHL, USPS, or FedEx).

⚠️ Important Warning for 2026

Due to recent changes in international trade laws, packages entering the USA may require additional customs processing, which can cause delays of 2-5 extra days. We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before you need your tools.


3. Shipping Costs

We offer competitive rates based on weight and destination:

Note for FadeBlading customers: While we use Dropshipman's network for fulfillment, we never charge hidden handling fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay (excluding customs).


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Important: Tracking numbers may take 2-5 days to show movement in the system while the package travels from the warehouse to the local courier. Don't worry—this is normal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU vs. DDP)

Since we ship from international warehouses, please be aware of your country's import laws.

For US Customers (Important Update)

As of 2026, the "De Minimis" rule (import tax exemption for packages under $800) is being phased out.

What this means for you: You may be charged a small import duty or handling fee by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) upon delivery.

Responsibility: The customer is responsible for these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

For EU/UK Customers

VAT (Value Added Tax) may be collected at checkout depending on your location. If not collected, you are responsible for paying it to release the package.

For Canadian & Australian Customers

Packages may be subject to GST/HST and handling fees from当地 postal services. These are not included in our shipping charges.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not been shipped within 5 business days, please contact us immediately at support@fadeblading.com.

What we'll do: We will file an investigation with Dropshipman. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or one-time replacement.

Damaged Items

If your shears, clippers, or accessories arrive damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging

  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery

  3. We will send a replacement or issue a refund

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to a customer-provided wrong address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send it.

Your FadeBlading course is delivered instantly upon purchase:

  • You'll receive an email with access instructions within 5 minutes of checkout

  • No shipping fees, no customs, no waiting

  • Access from any device—phone, tablet, or computer

  • Lifetime access (watch as many times as you want)

Note: If you purchase a bundle (course + tools), your digital access is immediate. Your physical products follow the shipping timeline above.
