How to Use in a Fade (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Complete your clipper fade first
Bald line → mid-fade → blend with clipper guards.

Step 2: Identify weight lines
Run your comb vertically. Where you see a dark line of dense hair, that’s where you’ll use the blending shears.

Step 3: Slide-cut technique
Open the shears halfway. Glide them down the hair shaft while closing slowly. This "slides" through the weight line without creating a hard stop.

Step 4: Point-cut for texture
Hold the shears vertically and snip into the ends of the fade zone. This softens the transition even further.

Step 5: Check your blend
Mist with Fade Control Spray and re-examine. Repeat on any remaining lines.
