How to use before a fade (Step-by-Step)

1. Wash and dry hair – Damp hair only, never wet.

2. Apply heat protectant (sold separately).

3. Set temperature – Fine curls: 300–350°F / Coarse curls: 400–450°F.

4. Section hair using sectioning clips.

5. Comb through slowly – One pass per section. Do not overheat.

6. Proceed with fade – You’ll now see the true hairline and fade zones clearly.

Pro tip: Never use a hot comb on a completed fade. Heat will blur your crisp lines.
